We begin every partnership with conversations with your people to better understand your organization from how people are feeling to how policies, practices, and processes might be creating inequities. Our DEI assessment involves:

  • Gathering data from your stakeholders

  • Reviewing policies, practices and processes

  • A joint analysis of the data to determine where to move forward to improve your DEI wellness. 

We enjoy working with organizations at any stage of DEI wellness, and we’ll meet you where you are in your DEI development. Based on our assessment results, we'll prescribe an intervention approach that leverages our wide range of service offerings to develop Whole Person Org Health.
